It will be considered an extended stay if it’s for a period of 8 or more nights.
We require a 30% deposit of your total to confirm your reservation.
Interests generated by deposits or foreign exchange fees will be at you own expense.
Children 6 years or older are countable toward the capacity of the villa/room.
An extra person is permitted per room with an additional cost of $400 per night. Two children under 6 years of age will be allowed at no extra cost, as long as there is NOT an extra person.
Only one extra person has the access to say per room/villa with an additional cost of $400 per night. wich should be declared in the check in process, after that entry will be allowed.
CHECK IN hours are between 15:00-22:00 and CHECK OUT is 07:00-12:00. These hours may vary depending on the avaliablility at the time.
Upon arrival you must pay off the balance of your stay.
We are smoke-free hotel; it is prohibited to smoke anywhere on the property of the Resort.
In the event of an early departure for reasons beyond Costa Madero Resort, no credit or refund of any kind will be granted.
We are not responsible for damages caused by climatic situations or special events, such as fires, floods, natural disasters, epidemics, power failures; it will not be considered a breach on our part ando no claims will be accepted.
For any reservation extension, the price per night agreed in the original reservation remains.
Visit are allowed prior check in at the front desk. The access is limited to your room limits. This is for our and your safety. We must have accountability of the amount of people in the hotel.
No pets are allowed; we apologize for the inconvenience.
Once your reservation is done and you accept the reservation and cancellations policies, the personal information you share with us will be treated with total confidentiality and we will only use it internally in order to improve our services we provide to you.

POLICIES FOR EXTENDED STAY CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made more that 60 days before arrival at the hotel will recive a refund of 70% of the total.
Cancellations made between 59 and or 31 days before arrival to the hotel will recive a refund of 50% of the total.
Cancellations made less that 30 days before your arrival to the hotel will not have a refund and changes to the reserved dates will not be allowed.
The fees that are generated by the reimbursement credits will be at your own expense.
For changes made to your reservation:
Any change must be requested in writing via email or Whatsapp and will be subject to avaliability.
These must be requested at least 31 days before your reservation.
You will have one year to visit us using the date of your original reservation as a reference.
It is only possible to make one change of dates in your reservation, after that no refund will be made.
Any change is subject to the availability of the Resort, respecting the rates of the season (low, medium, high).
The Reservation must be kept equal or greater than the number of nights of the original reservation, otherwise there will be a penalty to the canceled nights.
You can make additional changes if you were affected by your flight, it could be modified by moving it forward or postponed to a maximum of 3 nights as long as the same number of reserved nights is mauntained, these changes are subject to avaliability, we understand that planning a trip a year in advance can be very complicated.
In case of a cancellation as described in paragraph 5 or not showing up for your reservation, will be lost, the amount deposited will not be refundable and credits will not be granted.

For any earlier departures, the room cannot be occypied by people other than the reservation holders, subletting is ctrictly prohibited.
No refund will be made nor will any type of credit be issued for causes beyond the control of Costa Madero Resorts, such as climatic situations or special eventualities, such as fires, floods, natural disasters, epidemics and power failures, it will not be considered a default on our part and no claims will be accepted.
