RESERVATION AND STAY POLICIES

Confirmation: The reservation is confirmed once the 30% deposit has been validated.

Remaining balance: The balance must be paid at check-in.

Quiet environment: Speakers, excessive noise, parties, and behavior that disturbs other guests are not permitted.

Costa Madero Resort is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Acceptance: By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges and accepts these policies.
