“Todo fue precioso,precio, habitaciones,seguridad... El personal más no es grosero es muy serio,eh visto reseñas de que el personal es grosero pero nada que ver,es amable pero es serio,pero pues es entendible,todo el día trabajando atendiendo clientes teniendo que forzar sonrisas cuando están gritando o exigiendo,pues como que no está bien,pero no,el personal es muy amable para nada grosero. Solo hay habitaciones de 2 y de 4,está bien pero como en mi familia fuimos 6 pues tuvimos que mandar a 3 de ellos a otra habitación y mis papás y yo en otra,pero pues también hay un sillón que se hace cama y para una persona extra,sin problema. Está un poco retirado del mar,si,está a 3 minutos pero pues claramente con todas las cosas,que las hieleras,la paragua,las sillas te tardas un poco más,pero ese lugar en parte está bien por qué está a una ubicación media entre la playa y la plaza El internet también ví que decían que no sirve pero yo fui y sirvió bien,al principio no, pero creo que para que lo activen tienen que ir a recepción a preguntar.”

“This was our first time at the hotel and we were satisfied. It’s far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Los Ayala; I recommend it for relaxing. It’s one block from the beach but easy to get to. The staff were friendly and courteous. They put Christmas decorations next to the hallways where you could take photos. We hope to return. The only thing I didn’t like was the depth of the adult pool; other than that, we were satisfied.”
“Excellent place to rest. I didn't have to worry about loud music or shouting from the street. It's a 100% family-friendly place, the service is a 10, very kind and attentive at all times. They have parking, although it's around the corner from the hotel. It isn't covered, but my car was safe.”
